Togarashi is the Japanese word for chili pepper but is also commonly used as the shortened name of the spice condiment Shichimi Togarashi.

This Togarashi seasoning is blended and designed to act as a “finishing spice”- simply sprinkle some of this Togarashi spice over your cooked meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles…or just about anything, infusing an extra level of flavor to compliment your dish.

Sourcing

All our spices are sourced domestically and internationally.

Szechuan peppercorns are not actually peppercorns, but berries of the prickly ash tree, a member of the citrus family, creating their unique fragrant, floral, and spicy flavor profile.

Nori is dried seaweed often used to wrap sushi and lends a sweet and salty flavor to this spice blend.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.
