Grass Fed Sirloin & Filet Cubes are Certified 100% USDA Organic, Certified Pasture Raised and deliver full flavor and tenderness. Perfectly sized for the grill and versatile to compliment any dish, these cubes are sure to impress. Raised without antibiotics or hormones.
All-Natural Large Peeled Shrimp: IMPORTANT: Do not defrost shrimp at room temperature, in water, or under running water. Never defrost in the microwave. Place in refrigerator to fully defrost 24 hours prior to cooking.
Heat pan over medium high heat and add 2 tbsp. oil or butter to pan. Add defrosted shrimp and allow to cook 1 ½ minutes per side, until shrimp turn pink. Season with salt and pepper and remove from pan. (Tip: After 1 ½ minutes of cooking, squeeze ½ lemon over shrimp and allow to finish cooking. Add chopped parsley and serve.) These delicious shrimp are the perfect addition to skewers with bell peppers and onions or stacked with our Sirloin & Filet Cubes.
Grass Fed Sirloin & Filet Cubes: IMPORTANT: Do not defrost Grass Fed Sirloin & Filet Cubes at room temperature, in water, or under running water. Never defrost in the microwave. Place in refrigerator to fully defrost 24-48 hours prior to cooking.
After you have fully defrosted your Grass Fed Sirloin & Filet Cubes for 24-48 hours, remove from packaging and lightly blot dry with a paper towel.
We recommend cooking your Grass Fed Sirloin & Filet Cubes as you would any other steak. Season cubes with your favorite flavor and skewer, if desired. Grill on propane or charcoal grill for 3-4 minutes per side until fully cooked.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.
