The Ultimate Grilling Bundle means the Ultimate Surf n’ Turf!

Your South African Lobster tails can be placed on a preheated gas or charcoal grill whole with top split (saddleback) or cut entirely in half. Brush your lobster tails with melted butter of your choice from our delicious butter trio, and if desired, season with our Mediterranean Herb Blend. Grill flesh side down for 6 minutes before flipping and cooking an additional 5 minutes.

Cook your defrosted bacon wrapped grass fed filets on your preheated gas or charcoal grill by simply seasoning with salt and pepper (or your favorite rub) and allow to cook on one side for 8-10 minutes before flipping and allowing to cook another 8-10 minutes, or until your desired doneness. Just before removing from gill top with dollop of butter of your choice also from our butter trio.

Your jumbo Sun Shrimp served as an appetizer or skewered and seasoned with our Florida Citrus Pepper blend are easy to prepare on your gas or charcoal grill. Simply place your defrosted Sun Shrimp on your preheated grill and allow to cook 2-3 minutes per side, being mindful to not overcook.

Many of our partners are family-run farms who utilize sustainable farming techniques, resulting in less waste overall and a lighter impact on the land on which the cattle are raised. For our South African Lobster, they are caught in the cold southern coastal waters by using a long line lobster trap method at depths of 50 to 150 feet. This tail boasts sweet, succulent meat in a brilliant red shell.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings. Orders that are received by 10:00 am eastern time are shipped next business day on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday excluding holidays.
