Cooking tips

IMPORTANT: Do not defrost at room temperature, in water, or under running water. Never defrost in the microwave. Place in refrigerator to fully defrost 24 hours prior to cooking.

Tri-tip Instructions:
Our American Wagyu Tri-tip can also be prepared indoors by simply seasoning and searing in a heavy bottom pan for 4-6 minutes, fat side down, before flipping and placing it in a 350°F oven for about 25 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer reaches 130° for medium rare.

American Wagyu Tri-tip can also be cut into individual steaks for grilling lending itself to an amazing taco or sliced beef sandwich.
Grill your Santa Fe Flank Steak over charcoal, or on propane grill, on medium high heat for 4-6 minutes each side, to reach medium rare, or until an instant read thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 140°F- 145°F for a medium well beef flank.

Flank Steak Instructions:
After your grilled flank steak has rested for 5 minutes, slice thinly against the grain for best results.

Ingredients: Beef flank Steak, Dehydrated Vegetables (garlic, onion, tomato, bell peppers), Maltodextrin, spices, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein (7.5%), citric acid, sodium phosphates, caramel color, papain (tenderizer) with no more than 2% silicone dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% fully refined soybean oil as a processing aid.

Southwest Hatch Chili Finishing Spice Blend: The flavors of the American Southwest burst in this blend of Hatch Chili, ground cumin, garlic and onion. This bold hatch chili seasoning blend will add some heat, combined with some complexity in flavors ranging from sweet red pepper to citrus.
