Togarashi is the Japanese word for chili pepper but is also commonly used as the shortened name of the spice condiment Shichimi Togarashi. Often used as a table seasoning in Japan, this Togarashi pepper blend adds layers of flavor, from spicy to sweet to salty- enhancing everything from meat to seafood to vegetables!
Ingredients: Red chilis, Szechuan Peppercorn, orange peel, Black and White Sesame seed, Nori, Ginger, Chive
Southwest Hatch Chili | The flavors of the American Southwest burst in this blend of Hatch Chili, ground cumin, garlic and onion. This bold hatch chili seasoning blend will add some heat, combined with some complexity in flavors ranging from sweet red pepper to citrus. Use this southwest spice rub on your meats and seafood, but also experiment with your potatoes and vegetables!
Ingredients: Sandia Hatch Chili, Salt, Paprika, Cumin, Coriander, Garlic, Onion, Cilantro.
SPG | This Chefs blend of Salt, Pepper and Garlic, takes it one step further with the use of Himalayan Pink Salt, Lampong Peppercorns, and Toasted Garlic. Himalayan Pink Salt is a very pure salt, offering a slight floral flavor; Lampong Peppercorns offer a slightly spicy note with hints of citrus. Toasted Garlic delivers the much loved garlic flavor with a mellower sweeter finish. This bold trio of spices will add a nuanced flavor to your steaks and seafood and will work equally well to enhance side dishes.

We ship orders on Monday and Wednesdays. All orders that ship on Mondays must be placed by Sunday at 11:59pm EST. All orders that ship on Wednesdays must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm EST.
