This Chefs blend of Salt, Pepper and Garlic (SPG), takes it one step further with the use of Himalayan Pink Salt, Lampong Peppercorns, and Toasted Garlic. Himalayan Pink Salt is a very pure salt, offering a slight floral flavor; Lampong Peppercorns offer a slightly spicy note with hints of citrus. Toasted Garlic delivers the much loved garlic flavor with a mellower sweeter finish. This bold trio of spices will add a nuanced flavor to your steaks and seafood and will work equally well to enhance your side dishes.

Cooking tips

This SPG seasoning blend will certainly work well as a general all-purpose seasoning for all your meats and seafood prior to cooking but is blended and designed to act as a “finishing spice”- Season and cook your meat or seafood- whether you choose simply salt and pepper, or to use your SPG mix. Once finished cooking we suggest sprinkling your cooked meats with SPG blend to add an extra level of flavor to compliment, not overpower, the natural flavors of your food.


All our spices are sourced domestically and internationally.

Himalayan Pink salt is hand mined in the foothills of The Himalayan Mountains, an area that was underwater millions of years ago.

Lampong Pepper comes from the Lampong Province in Southern Sumatra, Indonesia where it has been grown and harvested for thousands of years.

Our garlic is grown, toasted, and ground domestically in the United States.

Shipping information

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.

We ship orders on Monday and Wednesdays. All orders that ship on Mondays must be placed by Sunday at 11:59pm EST. All orders that ship on Wednesdays must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm EST.
