Our chefs use the traditional method of dry brining, slow cooking via sous vide, and finishing with a sweet and tangy sauce to create this fully-cooked pork belly. The dry brine of salt and a hint of sugar seals in the flavors of this decadent cut so that when the sous vide slow cook occurs, the pork belly is ready to absorb the umami flavors of soy and ginger. After sous vide cooking at a low and constant temperature, the pork belly is ready to enjoy.

Use this ingredient as the main event in ramen or noodle bowls, in a traditional Chinese bao (bun), or as a decadent appetizer. Enhance your everyday meals by substituting bacon for pork belly in Wedge or Spinach salad or in tacos or sliders. This fully-cooked pork belly contains soy.

Once completely thawed for 24 hours in the refrigerator (do not thaw in water or in the microwave), remove your fully-cooked pork belly and place in a shallow oven-proof pan in a pre-heated 350°F oven for about 6-8 minutes until the pieces are warmed through. Switch oven to broil and crisp the skin for 2-3 minutes watching carefully for even browning. Serve with your favorite sides considering baked beans, red cabbage slaw, mac and cheese or roasted brussels sprouts.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.
