Ahi Tuna - Sometimes called “sashimi-grade tuna”, this prime fish gets the name “Saku” from the Japanese word for block. This cut is also commonly served as maguro in sushi bars.
Culinary possibilities abound with this block-Cut Saku Tuna. Serve it raw, seared, or grilled, seasoned with one of our Spice Packs, or coated in sesame seeds.
Halibut - Dry Halibut fillet completely before cooking to ensure even browning.
Season both sides with salt and black pepper, or your choice of seasoning. Heat skillet over medium high heat, add 1 Tbsp. oil. Place fillet in pan and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side before carefully flipping it over to cook on other side for 3-4 minutes. Halibut should be well browned and reach an internal temperature of 145°F. If desired, add 1 Tbsp. butter and squeeze fresh lemon into pan before removing.
Lobster Tails - Heat a grill pan on high. Split defrosted lobster tails in half, cut all the way through shell and meat. Drizzle oil on tail meat. Season with salt & cracked black pepper. Place tails meat side down in grill pan. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on one side. Flip over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove tails from pan and rest 3 minutes before serving.
Roasted Garlic Herb Butter: Smooth and creamy butter blended with roasted garlic and herbs. With fresh parsley, basil, oregano and chives.
Lemon Garlic Herb Butter: Fresh cream butter blended with fresh lemon, garlic, cracked black pepper, parsley, basil, oregano, and chives.
