*Please be careful to grill your A5 burgers over low to medium flame as flareups can occur due to the high marbling content. Should flareup occur carefully move your burger to an area of your grill with low flame.

The Bison & Elk Sausages are fully cooked and ready to heat up on your grill, in a sauté pan, or in an oven.

Our A5 Wagyu comes from Kagoshima, Japan, world renowned for winning the Gold Medal at the 2022 Japanese Wagyu Olympics and is delicately blended with USDA grass fed lean beef, fed a vegetarian diet, with no hormones and raised without antibiotics.

Game Sausages: The Durham Bison Ranch is in Gillette, Wyoming. Additional products are sourced from small family farms across the US.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.

We ship orders on Monday and Wednesdays. All orders that ship on Mondays must be placed by Sunday at 11:59pm EST. All orders that ship on Wednesdays must be placed by Tuesday at 11:59pm EST.
