Cooking tips

Do not defrost before cooking. For best results, simply preheat your oven to 350°F. Place your frozen potato gratin on a baking sheet in the center of the oven and allow to cook for 24 minutes. You can also choose to cook in your microwave for 2- 2 ½ minutes until fully heated.
This Potato Gratin makes the perfect side dish to steaks seafood, or for a buffet display.
