Our 4 bone Petite Bone-in Pork Loin, also referred to as a pork prime rib, comes Frenched and ready for your grill.  Sourced from the Midwest’s Great Plains, this pork loin feeds up to 3-4 and is perfect for your backyard BBQ or a simple summer weekend family dinner. Cut into individual chops and cook on your gas or charcoal grill or smoke whole. Our pork cooks up juicy and flavorful!

After you have fully defrosted your Petite Bone-in Pork loin for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator, remove from packaging and lightly blot dry with a paper towel. Allow your roast to come to room temperature for about 20-30 minutes. Cut your pork into individual chops and season with salt and fresh cracked black pepper (you can also add seasonings to your liking, such as garlic, rosemary, etc.). Grill individual chops on a preheated gas or charcoal grill approximately 8-10 minutes per side, or until an instant read thermometer registers 145°F. Allow your pork chops to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
