Wild caught in the cold southern coastal waters of South Africa, these cold water lobster tails are world renowned for their exquisite, sweet flavor and succulent, firm meat. Indulgent on their own, or paired with our Japanese A5 petite filet for a showstopper surf-n-turf!

More meat and less waste! Not only are our Lobster Tails wild caught off the coast of South Africa, they also boast one of the highest tail-to-body masses of any lobster in the world at 45%.

Heat a grill pan on high.Split defrosted Lobster Tails in half, cut all the way through shell and meat. Drizzle oil on tail meat. Season with salt & cracked black pepper. Place Tails meat side down in grill pan. Cook for 6 to 7 minutes on one side. Flip over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes. Remove Lobster Tails from pan and rest 3 minutes before serving.

Caught in the cold southern coastal waters of South Africa by using a long line lobster trap method at depths of 50 to 150 feet, this tail boasts sweet, succulent meat in a brilliant red shell. Its tail to total body mass of 45% gives it one of the highest tail yields of any lobster in the world.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.

We ship orders on Tuesday and Thursdays. All orders that ship on Tuesdays must be placed by Monday at Noon EST. All orders that ship on Thursdays must be placed by Wednesday at Noon EST.
