Grill your Seasoned Flank Steak over charcoal, or on propane grill, on medium high heat for 4-6 minutes each side, to reach medium rare, or until an instant read thermometer reaches an internal temperature of 140°F- 145°F for a medium well beef flank.
After your grilled flank steak has rested for 5 minutes, slice thinly against the grain for best results.
Ingredients: Beef flank Steak, Dehydrated Vegetables (garlic, onion, tomato, bell peppers), Maltodextrin, spices, salt, hydrolyzed soy protein (7.5%), citric acid, sodium phosphates, caramel color, papain (tenderizer) with no more than 2% silicone dioxide as an anti-caking agent and less than 2% fully refined soybean oil as a processing aid.
