American Wagyu Tri-Tip: Completely thaw for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator (do not thaw in water or in the microwave).
Perfect to cook over open flame outdoors, this grill masters favorite is commonly seasoned with a dry rub and cooked over wood (of course it’s just as delicious on a gas or propane grill) contributing to a deep flavored, tender cut of beef, enjoyed simply sliced and lightly sauced with your favorite BBQ sauce.
Our American Wagyu Tri-tip can also be prepared indoors by simply seasoning and searing in a heavy bottom pan for 4-6 minutes, fat side down, before flipping and placing it in a 350°F oven for about 25 minutes, or until an instant read thermometer reaches 130° for medium rare.
American Wagyu Tri-tip can also be cut into individual steaks for grilling lending itself to an amazing taco or sliced beef sandwich.
American Wagyu Ranch Steaks: Completely thaw for 24-48 hours in the refrigerator (do not thaw in water or in the microwave).
This Wagyu Ranch Steak is versatile and lends itself to several cooking methods, with the most popular being grilled, on either gas or propane, or over charcoal and wood. While this cut is well marbled, it is not as highly marbled or dense as Japanese A5, therefore making it easy to grill over an open flame. Season with salt and pepper, or your favorite seasoning, and grill to your desired degree of doneness. Serve this Ranch Steak as you would your traditional steaks, although you’ll find the flavor of this steak far superior to any grocery store steak.
American Wagyu Burgers: Completely thaw for 48 hours in the refrigerator (do not thaw in water or in the microwave). Our Wagyu burgers, because they contain domestic Wagyu (still beautifully marbled, blended with Certified Angus Beef), can cook up on your grill just like a ‘traditional’ burger.
In order to provide a highly marbled, rich Wagyu burger suitable for the grill, we purposely do not use A5 grade. Using A5 grade Wagyu in a burger would make it very difficult to grill over an open flame without excessive flare ups, which will lead to a burnt and acrid tasting burger.
Bison & Elk Sausage are fully cooked and ready to heat up on your grill, in a sauté pan, or in an oven.
