Pat defrosted filet dry & season with salt & cracked black pepper. Heat pan over medium high heat, add 1 Tbsp. oil. Place filet in the pan, cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on one side before carefully flipping it over to cook on other side for about 3 to 4 minutes. Remove filet from pan, let rest for 3 minutes before serving. Finish with squeeze of fresh lemon.
