Our wild Sockeye Salmon comes direct from the clear cold waters of Bristol Bay Alaska and is paired with favorite seasoning and butter to deliver a full flavor experience.

With a deep red color, and firm, buttery taste, our wild sockeye salmon is rich in antioxidants and vitamin D. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or pan searing our Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is a natural choice.

IMPORTANT: Do not defrost at room temperature, in water, or under running water. Never defrost in the microwave. Place in refrigerator to fully defrost 24 hours prior to cooking.

Season the salmon filets with the included citrus rub by gently covering the pink surface. Then, pan sear or sauté on medium-high heat for 7-8 minutes skin-side down, then flip and complete cooking for 3-4 more minutes.

Finish with a dallop of butter and serve.

You can also prepare with an oven method by covering the salmon in melted butter and baking in the oven at 400 F° for 8-10 minutes. Then sprinkling the rub on top for a subtle zing of citrus flavor.

Chef’s tip- after flipping salmon add ¼ cup white wine and 1 Tbsp. butter to pan and carefully baste salmon. Once salmon is fully cooked use liquid as a sauce.

Along with being certified by both the MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) and RFM (Alaska Responsible Fisheries Management), escapement goals are set using the best science available to ensure enough fish return safely to the freshwater spawning grounds to reproduce.

Our products are flash frozen upon cultivation and are kept that way until you are ready to enjoy these premium offerings.

We ship orders on Monday and Wednesdays. All orders that ship on Mondays must be placed by Sunday at 8pm EST. All orders that ship on Wednesdays must be placed by Tuesday at 8pm EST.
