Our wild Sockeye Salmon comes direct from the clear cold waters of Bristol Bay Alaska. With a deep red color, and firm, buttery taste, our wild sockeye salmon is rich in antioxidants and vitamin D. Perfect for grilling, roasting, or pan searing our Alaskan Sockeye Salmon is a natural choice.

Heat your pan over medium high heat. Add 1Tbsp. olive oil or cooking oil of your choice to the pan. Place your Wild Sockeye Salmon in the pan skin side first, being careful to lay it away from you to avoid any oil splashing. Allow salmon to cook about 7-8minutes before carefully flipping salmon to cook on other side for about 3 minutes. Remove salmon from pan and rest filets for 3 minutes before serving. *tip- after flipping salmon add ¼ cup white wine and 1 Tbsp. butter to pan and carefully baste salmon. Once salmon is fully cooked use liquid as a sauce.
