These petite NY Strip End Steaks are perfect for quick cooking and sharing. These steaks are cut from the end of the strip loin, which usually contains a little extra collagen and fat, creating a steak that may not cut like butter, but definitely eats like wagyu. You can serve these petite steaks as they are whole,  sliced up in a sandwich, or to top off your salad.

We recommend preparing your Wagyu in a heavy bottomed sauté pan on the stovetop. Due to the high fat content Please DO NOT grill/cook Wagyu over an open fire, such as a propane or charcoal grill. First, season with salt & cracked black pepper. Heat pan over medium high heat. No need to add any fat or oil. Sear for 30- seconds on both sides. Remove Wagyu from the pan and enjoy. NOTE: Do not defrost Wagyu at room temperature, in water or microwave.
