We’re excited to add two sustainable seafood products to our assortment. Introducing cobia, a premium whitefish, and our jumbo cleaned American shrimp. Both are easy to cook and can be seasoned to your liking. Fire up your creative vision and culinary skills with seafood delivery right to your door!
First up: Cobia
Why is cobia popular among chefs and shoppers? This fish, high in Omega 3s, is appealing for its mild, buttery taste. One order consists of (2) 4-oz filets and works well for a new dinner entrée in your menu rotation. Our cobia is a boneless, skinless filet with a firm texture and can be cooked on the grill, in the oven or in your steamer. “Seas” the opportunity to try a new spice, rub or sauce in the kitchen on our cobia!
So why are we excited to have cobia on board? Ethically sourced sustainable seafood consistently energizes us. Additionally, our cobia is free of contaminants, hormones, colorants and pesticides. It’s also certified by the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC), Best Aquaculture Practices (BAP) – 4 Star, and the American Heart Association’s Heart-Check Mark.
